Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the VR Viewer for Insta360 app (the “App”), published by Alexey Plekhanov (a private individual). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your compatible Meta Quest headset for your own private use, in accordance with the Meta Horizon Store terms.

2. Your content and use

The App lets you view 360° media that you provide — from your own Insta360 camera, from public share links you choose to open, or from your local cache. You are solely responsible for the content you access and must only view material that you own or are otherwise authorized to view. Do not use the App to access content unlawfully.

3. Third-party services

The App interoperates with Insta360 / Arashi Vision services (for public share links you open) and with Meta platform services (for license verification). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. The App is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Insta360 / Arashi Vision or Meta.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Camera, cable, headset, and network compatibility may vary, and some cameras or formats may not be supported.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexey Plekhanov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

6. Trademarks

“Insta360” is a trademark of Arashi Vision; “Meta Quest” is a trademark of Meta Platforms. They are used here only to indicate compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
